AHFS presents Breathless directed by Jean-Luc Godard.
Michel Poiccard is a petty Parisian criminal who aspires to be Humphrey Bogart. After he steals a car and shoots a police officer his life starts to resemble the plots of American gangster films as he dodges cops and plans his escape from the law.

Jobless, soul-searching and rollerblading Jeanne lives in a Paris suburb with her widowed mother Louise, who makes a living as a baby-sitter. Louise helps her daughter get a job with her old flame Samuel Bleistein, now a famous lawyer and Jewish activist.

Midwest Ballet Theatre presents The Nutcracker, the full-length ballet, based on the original Tchaikovsky libretto danced by their talented young performers with guest artists from American Ballet Theatre. These performances sell out, so get your tickets early by calling 630-971-9751. Ticket prices are $11 to $15. There is a group rate for 10 or more.
