Second Monday Film Club presents Kedi 08/14/2017 - 08/14/2017

In response to many requests over the years for more art, foreign, classic or documentary films at the Woodstock Theatre, we are showing special screenings on the second Monday of every month.  Join us at the Woodstock Theatre for the Second Monday Film Club presentation of Kedi shown on Monday, August 14 at 1:00 & 7:00 PM. General Admission.

We need your help to make this successful by emailing, blogging and telling your friends to join us for these special films. Your feedback and suggestions are important to us, so please send them along to sjohnson@classiccinemas.com.

Kedi:
Hundreds of thousands of cats roam the metropolis of Istanbul freely. For thousands of years they've wandered in and out of people's lives, becoming an essential part of the communities that make the city so rich. Claiming no owners, these animals live between two worlds, neither wild nor tame - and they bring joy and purpose to those people they choose to adopt. In Istanbul, cats are the mirrors to the people, allowing them to reflect on their lives in ways nothing else could.
